Business Travel
“Business” travel is for use with our corporate numbers (H967700 AWD, D436400 BCD) and corporate reservations includes any Rush Soccer related travel for administrative personnel, coaches, parents, players, board of directors, and any Rush affiliated members.
These corporate rates automatically include Loss Damage Insurance. Liability insurance is left to the traveler’s discretion.
Personal Travel
“Personal” travel is for use with our Leisure numbers (H967790 AWD, D436490 BCD) for any Rush affiliated members not traveling for soccer purposes, or who wish to exclude Loss Damage Insurance from their rates.
Anyone traveling for “Personal” use, beneath the Leisure numbers, will be solely responsible for acquiring insurance or for taking full responsibility for damage/injuries while the rental is in their possession.
Tax Exemption
In order to receive tax exempt reservations, please contact us and request a copy of our 501(c)3 letter as proof.
Insurance
The following insurance information apply to Business / Corporate rentals only.
If you would like to book without insurance, or would like to take advantage of corporate rates on personal travel, use the Leisure Number. Rates will be cheaper, but you will be responsible for insurance.
LDW – BUSINESS RENTALS ONLY
On all Rush Soccer rentals that are being used for business purposes, rentals utilizing the Company’s AWD or BCD number at Avis or Budget participating locations in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia and rented for “business purposes”( A rental is considered to be for “business purposes” if the renter is reimbursed the cost of such rental by Rush Soccer or if the rental is otherwise paid for by Rush Soccer and Avis is presented with satisfactory evidence of same. ), Loss Damage Waiver is a component that is built into the rental rate and, therefore, the Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the rented vehicle, whether due to theft, collision, vandalism or any other cause not expressly excluded under the terms and conditions of the applicable Avis or Budget standard rental agreement.

Provided that the terms and conditions of the applicable rental agreement are not violated, for rentals utilizing the Company’s BCD number at Budget participating locations in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia and rented for “business purposes”, Loss Damage Waiver is a component in the rental rate and, therefore, the Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the rented vehicle, whether due to theft, collision, vandalism or any other cause not expressly excluded under the terms and conditions of the applicable Budget standard rental agreement. A rental shall be considered to be for “business purposes” if the renter is reimbursed the cost of such rental by the Company or if the rental is otherwise paid for by the Company and Budget is presented with satisfactory evidence of same.
This benefit may not be available when utilizing promotional Internet rates. LDW does not cover loss or damage to Where2 GPS units or accessories, regardless of cause. LDW is applicable only to the vehicle classes set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement.
THERE IS NO BODILY DAMAGE INSURANCE INCLUDED. Liability is state limits. Renter will be responsible for adding additional insurance at their discretion.
REGARDING ALL RENTALS BOOKED ON THE AVIS AWD OR BUDGET BCD IN THE 48 STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES, IF A CAR IS DAMAGED, RUSH SOCCER WILL NOT BE LIABLE.
IF THE RENTER GETS IN AN ACCIDENT AND HAS NOT ACCEPTED LIABILITY INSURANCE, THE PERSONAL RENTER WILL BE LIABLE.
IF A CAR IS DAMAGED, THE RENTER WILL BE CALLED AND AN ACCIDENT REPORT WILL NEED TO BE FILLED OUT (GLOVE COMPARTMENT) AND CALL OUR TOLL FREE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. THEIR CAR WILL BE REPLACED.
The insurance benefits may not be available when utilizing promotional Internet rates. LDW does not cover loss or damage to Where2 GPS Units or accessories, regardless of cause. LDW is applicable only to the vehicle classes set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement.
