Otelul Galati 2 – Basel 3 (Champions League, November 22, 2011) The Swiss side raced into a 2-0 lead by the 14th minute. Fabian Frei and Alexander Frei with the goals. Marco Streller surely made the game safe for Basel eight minutes before half-time. With 15 minutes to go, Gabriel Giurgiu pulled one back for the home side. Six minutes later Liviu Antal made things a little precarious for the Swiss side.
