Family Affair: Gerard Pique, Shakira & Barça Boys Attend Papa Pique’s Book Launch

We fear that all of these book-related events are going to make us do something crazy, so we present you this last one before drinking away the memories.

It wouldn’t be a proper scene if these two were necking in the corner front row.

Joan Pique (Gerard’s dad) was in good company Thursday evening at the presentation of his book “Dues Vides” in Barcelona. Carles Puyol and Cesc “Stringy Hair” Fabregas joined Gerard Pique and Shakira in causing a bit of a scene at the bookstore where the event was taking place. Upon arrival, Pique and Shakira were immediately swarmed by the press and had to fight their way through the bookstore to take their seats.

Well, that’s what happens when you tweet your whereabouts in advance.

Suffice to say, Kickettes, this video evidence of the couple should effectively tell the naysayers (we are not excused from this bunch) to stick it where the sun don’t shine because Shakira and Piqué look very much together and she appears to be like family to his clan.

And as to why Carles Puyol has two mobile phones….?
