Hotel Pricing

Rush Travel is flexible on hotel pricing. Our preferred method of payment for booking hotels are kick backs, or rebates, directly from the hotel. This method requires no extra payment from Rush members!

We try to negotiate the absolute lowest group rates on your behalf. Sometimes the rates we get are so low that the hotel cannot issue us a kick back. In these circumstances, a $10 per night/per room fee will be imposed.

Should you need help securing rooms at a Stay & Play tournament (wherein the tournament requires you to stay at their appointed hotels) Rush Travel will charge a flat $30 fee per team. This service will include: locating a hotel fitted to your preferences, contacting hotel or travel agency to reserve rooms, and contract management.
