Real Madrid fan attacked by Barcelona supporters in the Nou Camp
Unlike in England, where historically football hooligans have been causing trouble for some time, violence at matches in Spain is relatively rare.
So perhaps the video below is another sign of just how extreme the differences are between Barcelona and Real Madrid fans in a two-horse league as they battle for European domination.
Spanish television station Cuatro filmed a Real Madrid fan, wearing Los Blancos colours, at full time on Saturday night, first take a punch from a Barcelona fan before swinging one himself.
As the Real Madrid supporter is led out the stadium, presumably by a friend in a Barcelona shirt, another Catalan fan takes a swipe at him.
